Shipping Policy
At Velravi, we strive to provide a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for every customer. Please review the information below regarding order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, taxes, duties, cancellations, and delivery support.
1. Business Days Only
All stated timelines refer to business days, Monday through Friday, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details and carrier information, if available.
Made-to-order, customized, oversized, or special-order furniture may require additional production time. If your order requires a longer timeline, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Standard ocean freight is free for eligible orders shipped to the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated on the product page or checkout page.
Air freight upgrades and White Glove Delivery are optional paid services.
4. Shipping Methods & Charges
Air Freight
Air Freight may be available for selected products and delivery locations.
- Delivered by FedEx, UPS, or another final-mile carrier after customs clearance
- Tracking may become active after customs handoff
- Air freight charges, if applicable, will be shown or confirmed before payment or shipment
- Import duties for eligible U.S. orders are covered by Velravi unless otherwise stated
Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery
Ocean Freight is typically used for large, heavy, oversized, or fragile furniture items.
- Ideal for sofas, cabinets, tables, and other large furniture
- Tracking may not update during sea transit and may resume after customs clearance
- Standard ocean freight is free for eligible orders to the contiguous United States
- Final-mile delivery will be arranged after the item reaches the destination region
White Glove Delivery Service
White Glove Delivery may be available for eligible furniture items and selected delivery areas.
This premium service may include:
- Delivery to your room of choice
- Professional assembly of the purchased furniture item
- Removal of product packaging materials after assembly
White Glove Delivery service starts from $299. The final service fee may vary depending on product size, weight, delivery address, floor level, room location, and assembly requirements.
The final White Glove Delivery fee will be clearly confirmed before your order is completed or before the service is scheduled. No White Glove Delivery fee will be charged without your confirmation.
White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical work, plumbing work, structural modifications, moving existing furniture, or disposal of old furniture unless otherwise stated.
If White Glove Delivery is not available for your location or selected item, we will notify you before arranging delivery.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the contiguous United States.
At this time, we may not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless confirmed in writing by Velravi.
6. Taxes & Import Duties
Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
For eligible U.S. orders, Velravi covers standard import duties and customs fees unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any special delivery charges, failed delivery fees, storage fees, address correction fees, or additional service fees caused by inaccurate delivery information or missed delivery appointments.
7. Assembly Notice
Most products may require limited assembly or placement after delivery.
Unless White Glove Delivery is purchased and confirmed, our prices do not include installation, assembly, wall mounting, moving existing furniture, or disposal of old furniture.
8. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your item upon delivery.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, please note the damage with the carrier when possible and contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please keep the original packaging until you confirm that the item is in good condition.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, as long as the order has not been processed, customized, or shipped.
Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a 10% fee to cover restocking, material preparation, or processing costs.
Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
10. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Changing Orders
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us within 24 hours at [support@velravi.com]. We will do our best to arrange changes based on your order status.
Changes after 24 hours may not be possible and may incur additional costs.
